Let see the implementation of this permalink wordpress plugin by step by step and follow this

1. Download the Permalinks Migration plugin
2. Upload to /wp-content/plugins/ and extract it
3. Activate the plugin in wordpress dashboard ->plugins
4. Go Options -> PermalinksMigration. Set your old permalinks structure
5. Go Options -> Permalinks. Set your new permalinks structure
6. Go Options -> Permalinks. Click Update Permalinks Structure
7. Done! Now your permalink changed

Now check your blog in google index .It won’t affect it
